If you contact Mildak by email, Mildak may receive the information you include in that message, such as your name, email address, organization, and inquiry.

The public Mildak website may receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver the site, such as browser, device, network, and request information through the website hosting and security infrastructure.

Clinical information

Do not submit Client records, protected health information, or other sensitive clinical information through the public marketing website or its general contact email.

Third-party services

The site may rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, security, DNS, and related website operations. Their handling of data is governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.
